How do I pay tuition / What is AutoPay?

Upon enrolling, you will automatically be enrolled in AutoPay.  AutoPay withdrawals are processed on the 15th of each month.  Payments made on the 15th go toward your next month of classes.  In the event that you would like to discontinue classes, 360 Gymnastics needs to be notified by the 30 days prior to your last lesson.  Your signature is required to discontinue automatic payments.  Cancellation forms can found by clicking the link below.  This form can also be found in your packet and also at the front desk.  You can also inform us by submitting your intention to withdraw through our Contact Us page. Please submit form in a timely fashion.  Thank you!

How do I register?

Registration at 360 Gymnastics is SUPER easy!  Upon clicking the link below, you will be guided through setting up an account, selecting a class and making payment. 

What is the Make-Up Policy?

Unlimited make-ups – because life happens!  Can’t make your regularly scheduled class?  Don’t worry because you can make it up by giving us a call ahead and scheduling a class for a time that fits into your busy lifestyle.  You must be a currently enrolled student to take advantage of the make-up policy. 

All make-ups must be completed while still actively enrolled.  No credits or refunds given for missed classes.  Please note our scheduled holidays and make-up accordingly – you might need to make-up ahead of a class if it falls at the end of a month and you will not be continuing. If you know your child is going to miss class on a specific date, you can always schedule a make-up in advance.  We do not refund for missed classes.

Weather Related Closings

Due to New England’s wonderful change of seasons, inclement weather can happen instantly.  We follow the Ayer/Shirley School District for ALL weather related closings.  If there is no school in Ayer/Shirley, there WILL NOT be gymnastics either (even if they make an incorrect decision!)  During bad weather after school hours, please call 360 Gymnastics or check our website at one hour prior to your class to check the status of the gym.  You can also Like us on Facebook for the most up to date details of what is happening at 360 Gymnastics.  If we do cancel classes, you absolutely will be able to use our make-up policy. Please remember to schedule your make-ups and not just drop in.

What is the cost of classes?

50 Minute classes are $88.00 per month

1 Hour Classes are $92.00 per month

  • All other Ninja Classes
  • Emerge (5 - 6 Year Olds)

1 1/2 Hour Classes are $119 per month

If I need to withdraw, will my preferred time, day and instructor be available when I return?

While we cannot guarantee that there will be an available spot at your preferred day and time with your favorite instructor, we’ll do everything we can to work with your schedule and preferences. We recommend that you remain enrolled, even if you do miss a few lessons. We offer make-ups for the classes you do miss and your child would benefit more from some lessons rather than none.

What if I join in the middle of a month?
No worries! Our online registration process automatically prorates your tuition as needed to ensure that you’re not overcharged.
When do classes end?

Because 360 runs perpetually rather than seasonally, your lessons will continue indefinitely until you withdraw from our gym.

Do you offer refunds, credits or transfers?
Unfortunately, we do not issue these, but we can schedule a make-up lesson at a time that’s convenient for you. We can work with your schedule!
When can I sign up for classes?
Anytime! Our Gymnastics and Ninja lessons are continuous rather than session-based. We believe that a consistent approach is important for skill development.
Important Dates for 360's Recreational & Preschool Programs:

The Preschool and Recreational Programs will run consistently from September 3rd - June 13th.

We will be closed for classes the following dates:

Halloween:  October 31st

Thanksgiving:  November 28th – November 30th

Winter Break:  December 23rd – January 5th      

Kick Off Classic Gymnastics Meet: .   January 31st - February 2nd.  If your child attends classes on either of these days, they will be allowed FREE Admission into the gymnastics meet.

Memorial Day Weekend: May 22nd - May 25th

Class Cancellation Policy

360 Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any class that does not fill within two weeks after the monthly session starts due to low enrollment.  To keep a class time active, we need a minimum of three children per class.  If we do cancel the class due to low enrollment, we will offer you other class selections similar to your current schedule.
